What to do The first thing you need to do and quickly, is to read your insurance policies to see how your forthcoming holiday might affect them and you. It may be there's no issue at all and if so, that's great! If not though, you have three options: 1. You can call your existing insurance provider to see what, if anything, they can propose. They may have a short-term adjustment they can make to your cover for the payment of a modest sum 2. Some providers of luxury holiday accommodation, might be able to offer you help with specific holiday insurance designed to bridge these gaps and provide a whole range of other protection too 3. You can do nothing and just hope that your luck holds (not recommended!). Summary The worst thing you can do is simply to assume that it'll never happen to you. Sadly, accidents and injuries DO happen sometimes on holiday. If they do, having good insurance in place might help you avoid some potentially very painful financial effects.

Psychological Paradigm: This paradigm says that the emergence of entrepreneurs is a result of psychological characteristics such as specific set of personal qualities which make them more suited for success. The most dominant trait is the need for achievement. This is a driving force which makes a person motivated towards ambition, setting goals, planning and adapt to changes. An entrepreneur thus rises as a leader, takes risks and has the required energy to manage it. Entrepreneurs will be those who have this personality and these traits will lead them to venture into self-employment. In a nut shell, these approaches are universal. These paradigms are in one way or the other the driving forces and patronize the need for equality between men and women to allow both so that they can reap the benefits by being entrepreneurs. They are the pre-requisites universal for any gender to use for their benefit. However the certain societal and cultural influences shape up the contextual settings which hinder both men and women to exploit their potential at the maximum level. I get frustrated waiting for responses to job applications. The references needed are different today than when I was young. Most of the companies I worked for no longer exist and were before websites, email and on-line applications. Back then, a prospective employer just picked up the phone and verified employment through human resources. Rather than getting frustrated, I've been using this time on relaxing activities. I get excited over bargains I can afford while not working. It is entertaining watching haul videos from local dollar stores. Of course, the cool stuff is never at my store but there is fun in the search. I also get excited in sampling beauty boxes and treasures found in junk sales. I bought a beauty grab bag at church for two dollars and was ecstatic to find two unused palettes still in their packaging. I looked the products up and was thrilled to discover they were brands I can't afford. Lucky me. I search for books at my dollar store and the two dollar books a couple times a year at the book store. I still keeping hoping to be discovered writing these articles. Even if I don't, my words will be out there after I'm gone. I hope some of them will touch lives for good. When I get to heaven it would be nice to hear someone I don't know tell me I made a difference. I've been trying to learn to play the guitar and find tutorials on-line. I've been praying for people I am not fond of. Maybe they will change or I will. Tonight, let me speak words of encouragement into your life. While you are waiting for something anticipated, I hope you can find joy in simple pleasures. May the sun warm you. May water cool you. May your stomach be full and shelter keep you safe. May you find friends in strangers you pass and peace in solitude. May you find comfort during sadness and someone to share celebrations with. Only God knows why we have to wait for good things to come along. When I've done all I can do, I have to trust. I know the great things that have happened in the past and possibilities still yet to come. I accept the fantasies that are not likely to come true but welcome unexpected blessings. The idea of feminism is something that has been subject to controversy and reproval since forever (God knows why). Even today, most people identify feminists as rich, educated, frustrated and overly passionate women who hate men and can't stand women who wear lipsticks; and think of feminism as much ado about nothing. After all, in a world where children are dying of hunger, countries are on the brink of war and our earth on the verge of destruction, concerns regarding the mode of dressing for women seem trivial and useless. People consider feminism an overrated and ragged affair that needs to be done with. Even women often hesitate from calling themselves feminists. And yet, the irony of the situation is that despite so many speeches, so many discussions, so many workshops, and so many YouTube videos, majority of men and women are blind to what feminism truly represents. Feminism, in the simplest of worlds, is equality; equality of rights, opportunities and, most importantly, choice. The sole aim of feminism is to achieve equal representation for not just women, but for men and the LGBTQ community as well. Now the next major question that arises is-Why Feminism? Why should feminism be prioritized in a world where world peace and sustainable development are the need of the hour? The significance of feminism runs much deeper than what most of us think. In fact, feminism must precede all other all issues. Why? Malala Yousafzai once said, "We cannot succeed when half of us are held back".Can you imagine the change the world will witness with twice the amount of workforce, twice the amount of efforts and twice the amount of contribution? The importance of feminism does not end here. Human trafficking, rape, sexual assault, genital mutilation, domestic abuse, harassment at workplace are some of the most severe issues that plague our society today. Arming women with knives, pepper-sprays and self-defense training does not offer a proper solution to these matters. We need to identify the root cause of these crimes. The answer to this is simple-gender inequality. Crimes such as these occur because most of the time the criminals do not of them as crimes but as their right. Since childhood, they are taught that men are superior to women, and women are mere subordinates, only fit for motherhood and household work. They are made to believe that they have the right to dominate women and to get away with such heinous crimes. Now, how is this to be brought to an end? The answer to this too, is simple-feminism. If the spirit of feminism is inculcated in our younger generations in their early years of upbringing; if they are brought up believing that all sexes are to be considered and treated equally; the world can witness an incredible change. In short, feminism is after all the need of the hour. We must not be ashamed to call ourselves feminists. In fact, by becoming feminists we are, one way or the other, contributing to the world. And as Emma Watson has said, "If you believe in equality, and if you stand for equality, then you are a feminist. Sorry to tell you."

Still popularly and admirably known as The Bard, Shakespeare has given the world, among many gems, certain catch phrases that are being used in day-to-day journalism almost exceedingly, even after four centuries. The crux of the issue is that, while anyone is free to use his quotations, overusing often kills the true essence of the situation in which they were originally used. Here are three examples of those world-famous phrases. To Be or Not to Be, That is the Question The most powerful soliloquy from "Hamlet" might have given the world of words the most commonly used phrase adapted for various scenarios. In fact, the usage of this phrase has become so mundane that even for very small things such as whether you should cook vegetables today, people tend to use this sentence as a representation of some kind of dilemma. The phrase originally was written around the moral question of life and death, about whether embracing death on the grounds of escaping the bitterness of life is the right thing to do. Hence, it would probably be wise to reserve this quotation to be used in extremely critical decisions that are immensely difficult to take, rather than throwing it in just to prove your knowledge of popular quotes. Et tu, Brute? Other variations of this famous "Julius Caesar" quote include "Thou too, Brutus?", "Even you, Brutus?", and so on. Although there are debates on the use of this statement being the work of other authors before Shakespeare, it is still the Bard's play that made the statement so well-known and so widely used. The original statement represents violent treachery and betrayal resulting in a leader's death. A representation of the first realization of grave situations and impending doom, this statement is not fit to be used for scenarios arising from barely affected conditions such as heavy rainfall one night (that does not cause much damage). Although apt for describing turbulent political conditions, it could also be potentially used well in foretelling natural catastrophes, a mass upheaval of animal habitat, and other incidents of such scale. There are other generic statements by the Bard, for example, "All the world's a stage" from the captivating play "The Merchant of Venice", that are suitable to use in a wider range of scenarios. Even then, it is best not to overdo them, and save them for truly special occasions, in order to preserve their beauty.
